Free delivery Auckland-wide, or pick up from our New Windsor warehouse (usually ready in 2–4 days). Every product ships with tools and a step-by-step guide; most builds take 15–30 minutes.
Around 15 minutes with the included tools — the base, gas lift and backrest click together and the guide walks you through it. Assembly help is available in Auckland on request.
The casters are smooth-rolling and floor-friendly on hard floors and carpet. For delicate timber floors we still recommend a floor mat under the roll zone.
Wipe tech-fabric upholstery with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid solvents and soaking; terry fabric covers should be spot-cleaned.
